Owner Gerrid Franke holds a degree in Residential Design and has designed and built custom homes throughout his career. His unique background allows him to approach projects from both a designer’s and builder’s perspective, helping homeowners create spaces that are not only beautiful but practical and built to last. Every project is completed with an emphasis on quality, honesty, and attention to detail—not cutting corners.

Our name comes from Pine Creek, the small creek that runs through our family’s Wisconsin property. It reminds us to build with the same steady, lasting approach that nature teaches: take your time, do it right, and create something that stands the test of time.
